"I am a 68 year old man and I was anxious after my dentist told me I needed oral surgery to remove my wisdom tooth. From the very first call from the office where they directed me to their website to do all the paperwork online they made me feel valued and comfortable. Doctor Wayne has a very calm and direct manner. He reassured me during the procedure that I was "doing well." I was done in a shorter time than I expected. His nurse gave me very thorough directions for aftercare and I made a follow up appointment. I was very impressed that the doctor called me at 8 PM to see how I was feeling and told me to call if anything should arise. Needless to say, I am glad I chose Dr. Wayne."

"Finding a dentist/oral surgeon you can trust is critical. I’ve gone to Dr. Wayne for two procedures and he is always able to put my type A personality at ease. In my opinion, his expertise and professionalism are second to none. Things I also appreciated were an upfront consultation, knowing costs upfront, friendly and caring professional staff and a detailed plan of care for leaving the office. The little goody bag to-go included extra gauze, instructions for care and the BEST lip balm (always helpful after a visit). He prescribed a non narcotic medicine that I was skeptical about but it worked amazingly and my post-procedure healing was as painless as it could be. Thank you Dr.Wayne!"

He takes his time to explain all the risks and benefits with the procedure and he takes the time to get to know you personally and when you return, he remembers who you are. These are things that you can’t always find at other dental offices. When I asked Dr. Wayne a question, he would explain very thoroughly using his models. His local anesthesia didn’t hurt at all, which I was most nervous about since I am bad with needles. Throughout the procedure, he also kept reassuring me that it was going well and I was a good patient. He also called me a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing well! In my most recent visit, while my dentist recommended a multi- thousand dollar treatment plan involving implants, when I followed up with Dr. Wayne for his involvement in the plan , the implants, Dr. Wayne advised me that there was no need to follow this plan now as the situation may never develop that treatment would be necessary. He also advised me that very expensive laser surgery that was also suggested to me , would be inappropriate and possibly harmful. What an honest professional! We had detailed instructions on what to do post removal of the teeth (between the gauze and the ice packs) . He did call to check on my daughter that evening. We did go for a one week check up and all went well. About 10 days post removal of wisdom teeth, we called to make sure she was allowed to drink for a straw! And they said yes."

"It takes a great or horrible experience to get me to write a review, and this is in the great category. My dentist told me I had a difficult issue with a missing tooth because of the bone structure, and he was referring me to a top expert. He was right. Dr. Wayne was reassuring from start to finish, told me he only had good news, and that an implant would be no problem. We got it done and through the whole procedure the only words he said were “Beautiful” and “Perfect”. The price was about half of what I expected. Staff is great, and the facility is great. In the past I have gotten calls from staff the next day to see how I was doing after a procedure, but i was surprised when Dr. Wayne called that evening to see how I was doing. "I must admit, I have heard many horror stories about wisdom teeth/tooth extraction! I had been pushing this off a long time and now I had to meet my match. I went in to meet Dr. Wayne, and immediately met with very friendly staff for X-rays, etc. The medical staff are all professionals and earned an honest shout-out for sure! Dr Wayne is calm and collected. He knows what he is doing, period. I went in for surgery, and he is walking me through (as he is setting up) every step of the way. I am now prepped, reclined on the operating table/bed. We are having a conversation, all is well, and it’s over. Literally as simple as that, I had both right wisdom teeth removed; done. I came out of the anesthetic quickly, zero pain. Over the entire one-week recovery there was no pain. Legitimately none. I don’t know what else to say other than that. After my surgery (that night) I even got a call on my cell around 730-8pm by Dr. Wayne himself, just to make sure there was no first day issue. Went in for a post-surgery check 7 days later, everything looked great. Its been two or more months now, no problems at all. I forget I had them removed. I even had 11 months to pay through CareCredit (11 months- key, as explained by his awesome staff) I can’t highly recommend Dr Wayne and his medical staff enough. I traveled 900 miles round trip to have three teeth extracted and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. As a serious grinder in my sleep, this was the first time I've ever been into an office where someone didn't embarrass me, ask me if I was bulimic, or insinuate that I'm a drug addict.The staff was compassionate and caring and Dr. Wayne isn't the sort of person to sugar coat things, which I appreciate. Laura, Sherry, and Ana were all incredibly kind to me amidst my fears. I received hugs and reassurance which I really needed.In response to the other reviews: My husband and I were shocked to read some of these reviews after my experience, as Dr. Wayne is very nice & a great surgeon. I'd much rather have a good oral surgeon than an oral surgeon whose personality I particularly enjoy (although I actually did enjoy his personality as well). It's about quality of work for me, and Dr. Wayne's quality of work was exceptional. "I saw Dr Wayne on Sept. 5,2019 because I was referred by my dentist to have extraction of wisdom tooth. I was concerned somewhat by the negative reviews I read but, I went to him anyways. Well, if you know and appreciate excellence in professionalism I don't believe I could have done better. His office is truly impressive but more and equally impressed was I with the treatment and tender consideration of my painful situation. Thank you for the existence of "crème de la crème" and for bringing it so close to home. "When I first walked in the office, they were very friendly and explained all the details with the payments and my insurance. for my counseling, dr. Wayne explained the whole process of getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, showing me why we have to get them removed, how the process is going to be and the risks that come with it. On the day of my surgery, He was nice and patient because I was nervous then I was put to sleep and a member of a staff helped my friend to walk me to the car. My experience after the surgery was great, there was never pain (because of strong painkillers) only discomfort and the fact that I couldnt open my mouth or eat well. The recovery was super fast and comfortable. Never had any problems, even though I had very badly impacted wisdom teeth. I strongly recommend dr. Wayne."

Not only was he caring, thorough, and experienced, he was able to get me numb (which no dentist has been able to do since I have nerve damage from a very bad dental experience). "I am 28 years old and had wisdom tooth since almost 7-8 years. I never had any issues with them until the past fee months i started to get pain in my lower tooth. My general dentist recommended me to get a consultation with Dr Wayne. I cannot say how lucky and happy I was to have found him as my entire experience was amazing. The ladies in the front were polite and the environment is so soothing & positive. Even Dr’s assistants were smart and made me understand the process before doing the xray. My consultation with Dr Wayne was very thorough and he made me understand that my all 4 wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. I was afraid and paranoid with the kindof pain I would go through but I couldn’t be happier and say that my entire experience was painless. The procedure got done in less than an hour & I was home in an hr and half. Dr Wayne even called me that evening to check on me. The pain injection Exparel is highly recommended by me as it makes the entire pain experience absolutely negligible. I was been called again after a week for a follow up and I am so glad I found Dr Wayne and cannot be more thankful to have him as my Oral Surgeon. "Highly recommended! The waiting room is warm and inviting. The ladies in the front are so sweet and kind. They spoke softly keeping a calm vibe in a dentist office, which most don't enjoy going to. The technician/Dr. assistant was smart, patient, easy to understand (very thorough) and Dr. Wayne was fantastic! I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled (1 impacted for about 15 years) and I left the office in minimal pain. Dr. Wayne called to check in on me later that day. Very professional."
"I apparently was a late bloomer for wisdom teeth. I was told I had no wisdom teeth (like my mom) but at 28 my dentist informed me I had a wisdom tooth and it was partially impacted. At this point, I panicked. While in college, I worked as a surgical assistant for an Oral Surgeon in Boca Raton. I won’t name names but what I saw in that office completely terrified me when it came to WT extractions. I thanked God every surgery I assisted in that I was born without them. Fast forward 8 years, I asked my dentist for a recommendation and “Dr. Wayne” was her immediate response. I trust my dentist and went ahead and booked my consult. The office is such a relaxing environment and the staff is kind and very helpful!When I explained my fear to Dr. Wayne he immediately told me to wipe the slate clean and not think about what I had witnessed in my past. He explained What I had been witness to was not at all how oral surgery should be done. That response in and of itself sealed the deal! I booked my extraction that following week! I was hoping to do the extraction under general anesthesia because I was terrified but my insurance wouldn’t cover it for one tooth. So I decided to go with Nitrous and local anesthesia. My partial impacted tooth was out before I knew it! I was in and out within 45 minutes of checking in! He was so gentle and his bed side manner was wonderful! I truly can’t thank him enough for understanding my fear, not judging me, and making my extraction a relaxing experience!! (Something I can’t say for the surgeon I worked for) I highly recommend Dr. Gary Wayne! He is truly fabulous and knows what he is doing! Thank you, Dr. Wayne!"

"I called on an emergency bases, (referral from my dentist) a few days following an tooth implant by another periodontist. Not only was the staff kind and extremely accommodating, the building and Dr Wayne's office was 5 star warmly decorated and spotless, which is a welcome change from the normal 80's decor one typically encounters. I waited less than 10 mins to be seen as it is evident that his staff does NOT over book patients and create a typical 20-30 min wait even with a regular appointment as is a normal occurrence at most offices in Boca. Dr Wayne and his assistents were very attentive & professional. They took the time to listen without making me feel rushed to explain my concern and I was out of the chair very quickly, problem solved.
